The Fine Print
-
Riders must be 18+ years of age with a valid driver’s license and a completed liability waiver/rental agreement
-
You must be in good physical condition, and weigh no more than 350 pounds due to vehicle limits
-
Riders must stay on marked trails and public lands. Riding on private property is prohibited
-
ATVs are not permitted to travel on non ORV areas. Rider will be responsible for all fines
-
There is a security hold authorization of $500 per ATV, this is released when we complete our post-ride vehicle inspection and vehicle is found to be in the same condition in which it was rented to you
-
Late fees are $50/15 minutes and begin accumulating at the end of the rental period
-
Rescue fees are $50/15 minutes
Cancellation Policy

Plans changed? As long as you let us know at least 72 hours in advance you can reschedule to an available time/date or cancel your reservation for a full refund less 10%. Beyond that, bookings are non-refundable.

In the event of extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances such as mechanical breakdown, we may need to cancel rides for your safety. In this case, we will provide a full refund.
Before The Date Of Your Ride

Have each member of your party complete their waiver and upload a picture of their valid driver’s license (this will be in a separate email)

72 hours before your ride you will receive an email with a link to authorize the $500 per ATV security hold

Have each rider complete the rider information form to let us know your helmet size

On The Date Of Your Ride

Make sure that all riders have completed their waiver, driver's license uploads, and security deposit
-
Arrive at the trailhead 30 minutes prior to your ride time so that you can get fitted for a helmet and complete your safety orientation

Bring your driver's license

Wear comfortable clothes that are not loose fitting
-
Closed-toe shoes are mandatory! No sandals or flip-flops allowed. You will not be allowed to ride without proper footwear. There are no refunds given for improper footwear.

If it's chilly or rainy, waterproof/windproof layers and gloves are recommended- we ride rain or shine!

Feel free to bring snacks and beverages. No alcohol or glass containers permitted.

There are primitive restroom facilities provided by the Michigan DNR at the trailhead, no other concessions are available
